I've never known this company until I noticed a charge recently of $19.65 on 6/24. Turned out this company had used 3 different Merchant names and charged me monthly of $19.65 since Feb. I called the toll free number listed under one of their Merchant names. The lady on the phone told me I signed up online the membership. They had my billing address, cc# and home #. I never ever even heard of this company! Very scary! My credit card company has cancelled my card and is currently investigate this fraud case.
