This sounds terrible, but I fell for this twice. Let me begin by saying I am at end-stage MS and just wanted to keep slightly occupied with a consulting. While visiting out here a few years ago I was hit by a car while crossing a street. My personal information was left at scene and on 1 credit card they ran up $25,000.00 and my credit was bad. I could not walk and the police said Identy Theft was not important nor the money involved.
I borrowed $500. To see if I could get a consulting business going. This ad made no mention of a fee involved but there it was $99. And the following month too. I spoke with someone there who had no intention of returning the money.
