Blackpool signed an agreement to raise $5 million for our business for a fee of $25,000 and agreed to pay us a fee of $25,000 if they were not able to do so by June 23rd. They failed to do so and have not paid us the $25,000 as per their agreement. They are now not responding to our communications.
In addition they caused us to enter into contracts to buy property for $2.2 million confirming they would have the funds ready in time. They did not provide funds and we will lose a further $50,000 in deposits as a result.
