Over several months, sent in $70 to activate airfare, sent another $70 to activate hotel, another $25 to avoid all the limitations and "upgrade". Still no airlien tickets or hotel reservations. There are so many limitations they make it impossible to actually book. Company email is a "gmail" account. Stay away.
