I received a phone call on 30/04 and was told that no monies would be taken from my account until I had received a loan and that if I didn't get said loan I would pay nothing! Two days later the fee was taken from my account! The next day I got a txt message telling me they could only find one lender and I'd been declined and that I would have to ring the company to find out why! So what was this fee for anyway? I have tried numerous times to ring the mobile number but nobody will answer me! I did however txt and I got a reply saying, no refund was available to me. I have in my opinion been ripped off!!!
