I had order luminess air airbrush and makeup and recieved the items in march the air brush don't functioning in june I called them about the product they inform me to follow my e-mail with instruction in cleaning, that fail still did not work, then they told me Ihave to buy the styless part 23.00, Iorder this on thusday 20th iwanted it right so they informed me they would overnight for 29.00 next day service well it never arrived until the 24th I complaint they told me well you'll grt it soon I paid for overnight service no it"s or butts about it 29.00 dollars guess the item arrived parts was missing i called them again they well it said the item was shipped correctly, i have the part to prove them wrong they need to pay for this wrong item, misleading on me recieving my overnight package late i want my money for this company who took my 29.00 and promise me overnight and it wasn't delivered overnight this was a very bad encounter customer service was very rude and none caring attitude make them pay please oh yeah they said they'll me sending another styless I"m mad as hell"
