As Wimbledon was on in London accommodation available was virtually nonexistent. After trawling the internet since 7.50am at 1.20pm I decided to try another option. I found a website for short term rented properties that were reasonable and available. I joined! To my horror hours later I realised I had been sucked into a scam! I had received a confirmation email which looked genuine from AirBnb asking for a payment to be made to a Barclays account under the name of AirBnb Inc. I did as asked. No one can help me! My bank, Barclays and as is know 12 hours since AirBnb said someone would contact me I have had no response!
I have contact ITN News to get them to spread the word about these hideous people!
