My bank account has been auto-debited since October for the $19.95 per month fee that I did not authorize. I was told when given my 'receipt' that the information I provided was for my records only. I told the associate I specifically DID NOT want the additional web services for this company, but only wanted to purchase the book. They used my information fraudulently, and I am entitled to this being refunded to me.
