Allegedly removed Virus' on remote on PC and Laptop for $500.00 on 4/23. Guaranteed for Year. On 06/07 Computer Froze, got blue screen death. They Said they could fix by loading Windows again but hesitant because of no saving of pics, doc, etc. Called friend who checked computer and we could not do anything on it, no restore, no connections and error message that I was using illegal copy of windows. Sent computer out and had to have hard drive wiped clean at which time they found the same virus' they said they removed. They had also loaded McAfee. When Roberant called to issue refund, they refused stating because someone else worked on it, they would not refund.
