Purchased a kitchen off this company also paid 100£ design fee which was non refundable, also you have to pay cash on delivery which is ok until you have a problem. Their so called professional designer ordered a kitchen cupboard plus 2corner posts we didn't need when we phoned to get the items collected and get a refund that's when the trouble started, we were put on hold for between 20 to 40 mins at a time then disconnected this went on for over a week when we finally got through staff were rude and hung up. We were then offered a credit note which is no good to us because the kitchen is fitted and we don't need any more cupboards. This company takes cash makes you buy items you don't need and then refuses to refund you in cash, what a pleasant experience I recommend this company if you have time on your hands and you are not bothered about losing money
