I bough two $100.00 voucher on June 29 to buy a couple of items in a website outside EEUU. I spent the first $100.00 voucher but I couldn't get what I want to buy because it was a fake company using Paysafecard to get payments.
After several attempts to get my $100.00 back I gave up and I called Paysafecard for a refund of the second $100.00 voucher. I have a year to get a refund.
I sent to Paysafecard all the information they asked for, a lot of information, and I've got a confirmation email telling me that everything was okay, that my money will be in my Checking Account in two or three weeks.
This is the confirmation email. I delete my email and some characters from the reference number:

That never happened. I called them three times already and I wrote them an email and they keep telling me the same answer. "I will pass your complain to the Financial Department and they will email you or contact you." I am still waiting for the Financial Department to contact me.
The ticket due date is June 29th so I am suspicious that this company is waiting until the ticket expire to have a valid reason to not return my money. Could you help.
