In my 76 years i have never seen anything like these people. I saw something on tv that interested me and that i needed. Went to my computer and started the process. Before i completed the ordering form someone stopped the process and i could not regain position after i entered all of my credit card information. I gave up trying to get back and decided to forget about it. A day or two later i received notification of my order. The price they charged me was nothing close to what was on tv. I immediately went to my credit card company and they had already charded my card 139.50 for an advertised price of 29.95 plus s/h. I called the card company and told them about the scam. They put a temporary freeze on things and suggested i order a new card as the scammers had all of my private info. They also suggested that i call the company and cancell everything. All i got was a busy signal for over an hour and then a disconnect.
A package came the next day and i called them again. A woman by name of claire gave me an rma number to put on the package and instructions for returning. Then i received a list of 30 complaints over the internet that described my situatin almost exactly in detail... How can they stay in business??? This happened 6-2
