I checked my account balance for my checking account and realized that there was a $17.99 charge that i did not authorize. I contacted the company that took the money out of my account. They stated that the charge was from a free credit score site. (freecreditscore.com) Very unhelpful representative that did not want to do anything to help me. I have never been on the site. I did not authorize this charge and they refuse to return it to my card as "membership fees are non refundable" however i never signed up for a membership.
