I ordered samples of Slimvida and Colon Flow and subsequently rang to say that I did not want to continue, per instructions, and received a reference code for both products. I sent the packaging back with a note of the references (which I did not keep - big mistake!) as required. I finally looked at my credit card statement to find that I had been charged £65 for one month only for product which I have never received. Given that they have not charged me any further this would suggest they received the packaging and the cancellation codes and acknowledged the cancellation but failed to cancel the direct debit in time. Despite several attempts via phone and email I have gained no satisfaction from this company and am currently out of pocket to the tune of USD100. Am still trying!
