I had purchased a ID on May 15. It is now June 11 and my ID still hasn't even been processed. Their website states that it take 3-7 days to process (it's been over 20 days). I had tried contacting this company over ten times by their "ticket system", which is the only way they allow you to contact them. I haven't heard anything back from them. This whole website is a total scam. I have two friends at college who had purchased IDs from them and had received them but I still haven't even had any progress with my ID being created. Of course, they had received my money that I paid within a day but it takes over 20 days to even start processing my ID? I think not! This website is a total scam, I wish I had never invested any money into this. It's not worth anyone's time so I advise everyone to go to a different source if their looking for a ID.
