I was asked to complete a survey about Twycross Zoo website, in return for a free gift. I was asked to pay £3.50 postage & it was never mentioned anywhere that there would be any other charges. Now, 3 wks later they have attempted to take £97 from my account. I still don't know for sure if this will be stopped. My bank informed me that this company operate under several different names and will continue to try to claim more money. I have sent 2 emails & a letter to the company and have returned my 'free gift'
