I paid $2000 for this totally (Inappropriate Content Removed) course that was supposed to point me in the right direction to become a savvy real estate investor.in my view $2000 is a lot of money, and I expected to come out of the 3 days with a litany of notes and suggestions.instead I was subjected to ridiculous motivational (Inappropriate Content Removed) and hard sell to enroll in their "advanced training" for utterly absurb amounts of money. People, save your money. If you don't know anything about real estate, invest $99 in an online course and study up to take the state exam to be a licensed real estate agent. You will learn FAR more than the stupid little tidbits from this 3-day waste of time that is ONLY intended to whet your appretite to enroll in their absurd "advanced training." I'm totally embarrassed that I got sucked into it in the first place. Save yourself.
