I noticed today that $30.00 was removed from my bank account without my knowledge nor permission. I cannot stop payment because it cleared the bank already. Secondly, stopping payment would be more than was taken out of my account so it would not be worth the stop payment fee. Thirdly, how do I get my money back. I cannot close my account because I am paying the IRS automatically every month. I tracked the phone number on the check as Reno, NV. Please help me out how to get my money back.
