A free trial that turns out not to be free!
After requesting a free trial, I received no email confirmation or details on my order - i.E. No way of determining when my trial period commenced or a reference number to call them with or cancel.
I have just had £77 debited from my account without knowing this was going to happen.
A phonecall to their customer support team (lasting 45 minutes in total) came to the conclusion that the company do not offer refunds, end of. I spoke a rep who was very unhelpful, so I asked to be escalated to a manager, I spoke to a floor manager named Kurt Freeman. Kurt informed me that under no circumstance do the company give refunds, and they are not able to resend confirmation emails, they can only give verbal information over the phone, furthermore, they are unable to track your order for you and any problems of non delivery are the fault of the carrier.
I asked Kurt if I could speak to someone with more authority and who would be able to progress my complaint further. He informed me that non of his superiors are allowed to use the telephone system and therefore, nothing could be done.
All in all a very unhelpful company and awful customer support.
