When you buy Tv's or Handy's and paid then you had to pay for licences, if not, the Tv's does not delivered, they say the customs want this paper. If you pay again, then you need another Paper and they say you have to pay demourrages for customs. If you pay, then they Need another paper and so on. We don't have gotton any TV's and Handy's.
