I purchased a product that needed an activation code in order to use. After contacting their Customer Service Department on 4 separate occasions not one of their personnel has been able to help. Then I go to request a refund at www.totaldefense. 4myrefund.com, fill out my "refund application" and their website is experiencing "technical difficulties." At this point, I have emailed their "help" address and I have yet to hear back from them. Do not purchase their products!
