I made a booking with cheaperflightdeals.com for 6 return tickets from Bangkok to Kuala Lumpur. They sent a message informing that I will receive my eticket 12 hours after paying them. I paid them thru Western Union and sent them a copy of the WU receipt. Cheaperflightdeals.com confirmed receiving my payment but after that no more news regarding my eticket. I kept contacting them thru the email and phone but until now there is no reply. Below is their email confirming receipt of my payment.

"Hello!
Thank you for your payment!
We will verify your payment information and provide you with your eTickets after your payment is processed. We will email you once your eTickets are ready. You can also check your eTicket status on the Trip Information page.

Thanks!"

Is there anyone who can help me regarding this matter? Your help will be highly appreciated.
