Same man wanted $467.00 deposit on a personal loan. I just read on a loan especially short term non-collateral the consumer does not have to first pay out of pocket. When I mention this to Mr. David with the thick Indian accent he said he'd call me back. Next thing I know the same voice attempted to call me from a blocked number.
