Horrible Company!!! One of their employees forged my signature on a authorization form. I called to make them aware of the situation and they don't believe me even though, the person spelled, my name wrong, put a wrong number, and got my birthday wrong. They never called me to confirm that I want their service and therefore charged me without my authorization. I asked them to do an investigation and all they say is we talked to rep and he said got my authorization although in a previous conversation they said he no longer worked there anymore. Please do not give a dime to Palcmo. They are horrible.
