After receiving their (Inappropriate Content Removed) products in the mail i went online to cancel my "membership" and was charged 39.95. I called to cancel and couldn't understand the lady on the phone but managed to get my point across. She tried to get me to keep the products and they would only charge me 20.00. I told her i didn't want them and would send them back. I sent them back. Weeks went by and when i didn't received a credit for the 39.95, i called pure collagen. They said they never received the returned products and would not be crediting my card.
Pretty sure they lied and scammed me for 40 bucks. Never again. Do not trust this company
