My name is Christine Dody and since Dec 18 I have been trying to get my gradaughter's ing direct money $407.00 back, they keep saying there e-mailing me, but I do not receive any e-mail, they told me to check my trash and spam and it is not in there either. They that they can not help me any other way. I feel that they are a fraud company and taking people's money because again I still did not get a e-mail from them. I might have to get a lawyer on they or a New's channel involved. I will also contact the BBB and the Attoney General I neel help from someone regarding this company, I also saw where I'm not the only complaint, Thank You
