Extremely Slow When Refunding Customers - laptops

I placed an order in the middle of April only to find out in the beginning of May the items are our of stock (1st Strike). Things happen I understand but I had already submitted a check for payment. I call them the verify that my payment would refunded, the representative said it would arrive in 7-10 business days. 10 business days pass, I call them again. The rep then says you should get it by Friday (5/17). Guess what, Friday came without a check. So I call and speak with a rep by the name of Mercedes and then to a Supervisor named Lan. Lan explains that the refund was processed on the 14th (which coincides with my 2nd phone call) and that it is sent by USPS and it should take 7-10 Business Days.

I give NewEggBusiness.com a negative review primarily on the lack of customer service provided by the "Supervisor" and also being lied too by the original representative that told me my refund was issued which it had not been. When the Supervisors provide mediocre service expect the rest of the minions to do the same if not worse, which I can now understand why I was lied to in the first place.
