We have been phoned just about every day by someone that says they are with Micosoft and that we have reported a problem on our laptop. We have not done this nor given out our phone number to them. We have told them not to call us as we are on the "do not call list" they have just hung up. Today, we asked for their manager and they just jung up. My brother (Personal Information Removed) has experienced the same problem with calls coming as late as 10:30PM and multiple calls in an evening. My brother has TERMIMAL PANCREATIC CANCER and doesn't deserve to be harrassed in his dying months. The phone ID always comes up as "Private", so we cannot pass along a number.
