Orderd a dress 4/16 web site indicated that it would arrive 5/7, no order update has ever been received so we proceeded to call and send emails with no response what so ever on the status of our order (I assume it hasn't been processed). Phone is ALWAYS busy!!! Money was deducted from my account quick enough. Now im up for the fight to get every penny back.
