Ripoff Ordered cookware set paid in full then had to pay again when delivered 36.80

Ordered a cookware set from this place, paid in full but when merchendise was delivered had to pay an extra 36.80 to get the cookware! Still do not know what was the extra charges were! Called the company had to go through 15 minutes of waiting to talk to someone and still do not know what the charges are for!!
