Dear Sirs, I bought 238.55 euro of shoes from the website "www.lebronshoesmu.com" and after 1 day they sent a mail explaning that all the shoes I ordered where not available.
They tried to offer me other shoes but I refused. I canceled the order! They are showing cool shoes on the web and then, after collect the money, try to offer second quality products.
They took the money from my credit card immediately. And is more then 1 month I am trying to get back. Their excuse is that the bank need 15 days to refund but now is more then 1 month.
If you need I can give you all the mails about it.
Please be so kind to help me to solve this problem or to underline webly how bad was this company!
I have to go to post police soon to make an official accusation.
