In Spring 2008 I had filled a form in an advertisement of USAGC.org Somebody called my mobile phone from USAGC and asked me for my details and a photo to send them by email. After sending they contacted me again and asked for my credit card info to register me as a gold applicant for US green card lottery. They convinced me how gold members are in higher priority to win the lottery. I was young, inexperienced and stupid though. I gave them the credit card info. The amount of $600 was supposed to be for a guide book for new comers to the USA and some special services when applicant reaches the US. They said I'll receive the book in a month. Days passed and after a month I received nothing, I went to my bank, HSBC, disputed the transaction and cencelled my credit card there. Thank god I lost no money here but after 5 years, I found out every year I'm being registered in the dvlottery website by usagc.org. I have asked them to remove my profile from their database and they hesitate to do so. I'm writing to help even one person who might read my complaint and evades the trap of usagc.org
