Letter begins with "We are pleased to inform you that you are a beneficiary of an unclaimed settlement for the amount of $150,000. Then proceeds with "find enclosed check for $1,650.62 cashable only by you... The enclosed check is only valid by calling our offices first... All settlements must be claimed no later than March 15". The letter was dated Apr 23. Needless to say we did not call their offices or cash the check... Beware of theses scammers.
