I saw an ad on tv by these people and thought I would take the opportunity to get a brand new computer. They started taking money out of my bank account the same week. Since then they have been taking money out consistently and have been stalling me everytime I call them about shipment. I just called them today and now they're telling me it will take 8 weeks before the computer is shipped. That means 8 more weeks of debiting my account. But hey I was not having it and decided to close the account today and also I am going to fight tooth and nail to get back my $479 dollars that they have already debited. I asked the rep if I could cancel and she said that I would not be entitled to any refund. Is that even legal. A consumer has the right to change his or her mind at any time when it involves one's hard earned income. I am very very angry at these people and they should be ashamed of taking advantage of people like this. Please, someone, tell me how I can get my money back from these scumbags.
