I talked to the rep. Several times before ordering and was reassured that my order would be sent. Actually I was promised and have it saved on my pc that this happened.
I saved all emails sent to me by this site, names and info on payment including names to give Western union for pick up to pay for my order.
I talked to them several times since and was assured my order would be sent. After waiting for a month, then a second month for a reply but nothing more was ever returned.
I no the money was picked up due to verification from Western union.
Can anything be done about this or am I "S.O. L"?
Please help if you can for I am disabled and rely on these sites to save me money so I can by groceries.
