Order #1011830290. On 3/14 my credit card was charged $8.95 instead of $7.95 as they had indicated on the invoice sent with the merchandise. On 4/13 my card was charged $29.95 for the insoles we received along with a free bottle of joint support pills. On 4/18 my card was charged $44.85 for an additional bottle of joint support. I talked with a representative of the company this morning and he informed me that they sent us a letter telling us that we had to cancel this joint support if we didn't want it. I have now canceled, but was unaware of such a letter. We do not read advertising letters unless we specifically solicit them. I told this rep that I was reporting his company for deceptive business practices.
