Emilia Chidester A.K. A Luz Emilia Lemons, AKA Emilia Taylor has been involved with this advance fee scam since 2007. The website and office claim to be in Florida but yet no office other than a PO box and site hosted in Canada exist.
This woman claims to "help" investors yet swindles them with an advance fee with terms and insights she knows quite well as she was involved with the same boiler rooms she now rallies against.
If you have been in contact with this individual you are urged to contact the local FBI and States Attorneys office. She more than likely will have her husband whom claims to be a lawyer contact you as well.
