I had a 15 month contract and 2 domains for my ecommerce store with izzonet, costing me £325.
Without any word or warning izzonet simply disappeared off the face of the earth one day. I have been unable to email or call them, and have had no explanation, apology or refund. If this was a genuine business then this is a disgraceful way to behave. It could have been an elaborate scam judging from online talk.
I would like to sue for damages and loss of earnings. Could you find out a contact who I can hold responsible please?
I have possibly lost one or both of these domain names, my website, all my customer information, all SEO goodwill and online presence, and untold orders. Based on how much I was selling in the weeks prior to this I have lost approximately £800 in missed orders and am continuing to do so every day that I cannot get my domain and website back. I will have to pay for another site, and rebuild it and possibly the domains from scratch which will cost another £400 and more unsold goods.
