I made a $2000.00 down payment on a boat before I fully checked into them. The seller is Tim Macknair and is supposed to be in the UK. The shipping company is handeling the payments. Red flags started coming up and I found their website on a fraud list. I haven't been able to contact them in person, only thru live chat. I was told yesterday that my claim was being turned over to their finance department and would receive an email from them. Today I tried to contact them and haven't been able to get any response at all. Is there anyway or anything you can do to help me get my $2000.00 back?
