In the UK. Me and three others ordered a free trial of Green Coffee Maxx and Liposom. All we have to pay was the shipping for 8 items between us. The 4 Liposom packages arrived very quickly but the Green Coffee did not. We all requested reshipping at least 3 times and still no sign of the products (approximately 12 packages lost in the post, really?) We were told they'd been shipped from Bradford in the UK and then from Florida in the US.in the meantime we were all charged £77 for another month's supply. When we complained it was refunded. After waiting 2 months for the product we all decided to cancel. One of us got £3.95 refunded. 2 of us got it cancelled but no refund. The other was told she had to return to Liposom to the US before they would cancel it. We asked why we were all told different things but were told we must be mistaken. I believe this is a scam for the postage. They've taken about £44 from us and all we've got to show for it is some cheap supplements that I could've bought locally for a few pounds. Avoid this company at all costs.
