Hello, I ordered the product with my master card on the 28th of March. The payment was sent to 8775458423TRIMFIGURE VAN NUYS CA. Through the National Bank of Canada. I still try to contact them at their email adress [email protected] and i just get auto-replay and it's always the same message and when i phone them, there is no answer.
