I ordered a sample for $4.95 and did not see on their website that they would be charging me $99.00 thereafter. I never got a sample and instead got two bottles of Equinox weeks later. I thought these bottles were for a sample article to write as I am a managing editor of magazine. So, I tried one and it stung my face horribly and the sting was long lasting and irritating.
The site is misleading to consumers and does not display correct company name so consumers know what they are getting when they get it in the mail. Highly dissatisfied and unresolved, despite my call to the company.
