I received a call from Jennifer J. At Access Travel Network making me an offer. This phone call "May be recorded". I repeated the message to Jennifer for clarification more than once. I then was transferred to Kyle for verification. The first few times I called to question the whereabouts of my check, I was told that the units had just not been rented yet.-that the guaranteed refund date of 60-90 days was just an estimate. I now get "We can't answer your call. Leave a message and we will get back to you". They don't! Please Help!!!
