Purchased water line protection insurance from westco, about ten months ago. I delevolped a leak at my home today, and called westco to send out a service person and westco claimed i had no insurance, because i did not let them take future payment installments directly from my account, and if i go back and check, ten months ago the check i sent them to cover the first year was never cashed. I had to hire another plumber to repair the 1" line supplying my home.
