I attempted to make a reservation through HotelsOne on February 22nd of this year for our overnight stay in Honolulu. They quickly took my money, and yet never sent a confirmation e-mail, and never made the reservation for me! I am embarrassed that I did not Google the company first to read all of the terrible reviews, and now I am out a lot of money and have no reservation for the first night of my first trip to Hawaii. Needless to say, I am quite the unsatisfied customer and even if I do miraculously receive a refund, I would never ever recommend using this company to anyone.
