1. I tried to return DVD, got rejected, however there is no return policy which is impossed by cal consumer protection agency
2.2 years ago, i tried to return prepaid cell phone, and got rejected, but walgreens issued money back and $30walgreens gift card
3. With my receipt (paid in cash), on one item, a cashier mandated my privacy info (including residence/cal id, phone# etc) without privacy policy. Otherwise she won't issue a refund with a receipt.

I believe we can file a class action
