I filled out a form on line for trial offer for Rejuvenex. I only had to paid for the shipping. Never received the trial product but my credit card was charged twice for the product. The first one on Feb 20 and the twice on Mar 4 which I did not realize until I received the credit card statement. I did not give them permission to charge.
