I received an Internet popup from this company advertising a risk free trial product for only shipping and handling. I was redirected to their website and provided my debit card information for the shipping and handling charges only. I was later charged $97.88 for this product and customer service would only consider a refund if the product was returned unsealed. The product was opened and the company will not refund the amount or any part thereof. This is tantamount to wire fraud and in violation of federal law.
