Above unscrupulous, dishonest coorporation owes me $1,000, 000.00 (one-million-dollars) and/or $5,000. Oo a week for life; since i have the same giveaway number 1170, the same a thier official list of the winners list (winners circle 2009) (onfile), all anyone could actually see from the latest official list of the super prize winners are: the sity or state the sweepstakes recipient and participants is from, thier giveaway number, in this case the same as mine which is giveaway# 1170, and the anount of winning, next to thier name9s) (that is all you could see); and since i can produce the same and identical information; therefore, i have forwarded numerous demand letters and certified mails to almost everyone at the publishers clearing house; requesting and demanding my winning prize, since 2007; however, i have little or no cooperation todate.
In my opinion, every time and all the time all pch communications, responses and letters received have been, " intentionally, knowingly and a wilfull misdirection and manipulation of the subject matters at issue." pch rrsponses have always been: misleading, misguiding, deceptive, and thier advertising in sweepsakes are sneaky, confusing, misinformation, false advertising, and a massive cover-up, in my opinion.

I beleive the officies of consumer protection agencies, officies of attorenys general, and other government consumer protection agencies should not allow for this and other unscrupulous, deceptive, and dishonest corporations, to be above the rules of the law; and thay should be allowed to win the battle for justice&fairness for some helpless general consumers, general public, and some helpless sweepstakes recipients and participants...
