We have been ringing multiple times to this company and have been told our loan is on high priorty... This cant be the case as we have been waiting 4 weeks for a return call from themselves. We feel that we have been basically robbed for the administration fee an we will be going to trading standards to fined out what we are entitled to as paying customers. Also when we ring people are constantly picking the phone up and putting it straight back down. I feel this is totally against what the company says when they tell us our call is very important to them. I expect a reply in the next 7 working days about this complaint or this will also be taken further.
